4. One License Per Device: Each license is valid for use on one device only.
5. License Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your license in case of violation of these terms or payment-related issues.
6. Refunds: Please note that we do not guarantee refunds. We encourage users to utilize our demo/trial version to assess the suitability of our product/service prior to purchase.

Data Deletion

To request data deletion, please email deletion request at lybxlpsv dot com (without the space), or via patreon chat with the same patreon account you use while pledging.

Please note:

1. Free User: We do not store any personally identifiable data for free users. Please do not send any requests.
2. Patreon ID Limitation: When a user deletes their account, their Patreon ID will be retained for bookkeeping purposes and to prevent reordering of services. This data retention is essential for maintaining accurate records of transactions and ensuring the integrity of our service. This only applies for users that uses Patreon as OAuth provider.
3. License Anonymization: We offer license anonymization upon request. However, please note that this process entails the removal of your device serial and other collected specifications from our system. As a result, you will no longer be able to retrieve your license from our service. Should you lose your license after anonymization, repurchasing a license will be necessary.
4. Full Removal: In the event of a request for full data removal, all associated data will be permanently deleted, and access to all services and licenses will be revoked. Should you wish to resume usage, a new account will need to be created, and licenses/services will need to be repurchased.
5. Response Time: We will respond to requests within one month.
